I was born in Los Angeles but raised in Long Beach, California. I reside in northern Nevada with my husband, two cats and a border collie. We have three grown sons, two daughter-in-laws, and three grandchildren.
I hold a Bachelor of arts degree. I am also a former member of the Nevada Artists Association, have had a painting hung in the Los Angeles Museum of Art as a high school senior, and am a published illustrator.

Debbie Pellegrini was born in Los Angeles but was raised in Long Beach, California. She moved to northern Nevada when she married her husband. They have a vineyard, three grown sons, two daughter-in-laws, and three grandchildren.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. As a high shool senior, Debbie had a painting hang in the Los Angeles Art Museum, and as an adult, is a published illustrator. Debbie was also a former member of the Nevada Artists Association.
Debbie has been painting for most of her life. It is something she feels driven to do, something that haunts her if she doesn't paint. Faces have always fascinated Debbie-especially female faces. The shape of her face or the curve of her lips intrigue her, but it is the soul that peeks through her subject's eyes that captivates her the most. And yet, the world is also fascinating to her. Animals, horses in particular, are also a major source of inspiration.
She sees the world as just waiting to be transformed with pigments!
